LadyBird Computing offers a reliable, professional, flexible and above all friendly local service to get your website launched - and at a very good price.
1. Website
LadyBird Computing will produce a website specifically designed for your needs, based on any existing logos or colour schemes if you have them or starting from scratch if needed.
Working with you to collect all the necessary information, we will handle the preparation of any images or photos etc and prepare the content for you to approve.
You don't need to have any computer experience or skills at all as we will take care of everything!
2. Site Hosting
Once the site has been designed, it needs to be hosted. Working with you to determine your needs, we will recommend the best hosting package for you. Then, with your approval, we will take care of all the arrangements to set up the package.
3. Domain Name
The domain name will be bought as part of the hosting package, and we will work with you to choose and register a name, ensuring that you end up with a name which is both appropriate and easy for customers to use.
4. Search Engine Optimisation
The basic design of the website will be done in the most appropriate way to ensure that search engines can recognise your site. We will also register your sites with the main search engines, although it can take several weeks before they all update their results to display your site.
How much does it cost?
Basic Package
- Website with up to five pages, linked with a menu
- Designed to your needs, with inclusion of your existing logo etc or production of a new logo
- Domain name registration (.co.uk for businesses, .info/.org.uk/.me.uk for clubs etc)
- Web hosting for one year
- Ten personalised email addresses eg. info@yourdomainname.co.uk
- Search engine submission

- Regular updates to your site eg. adding a new page and pictures for new projects completed
- Annual 'refresh' of the site - review all the content to make sure it isn't out-of-date, change the home page, potentially change the colour scheme etc.
- Email account management (eg. adding new addresses as your needs change)
- Continued hosting of the site after the first year and domain name renewals
